3. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
  • We do not store your card or payment details.


4. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier delays, or unforeseen issues.


5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a return policy under the following conditions:

a. Return Process

  • The customer must send the product back to us at their own expense.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund.

b. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for customized/engraved products.
  • Damaged or used items will not be eligible for a refund.

c. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
